I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how amazing our home buying experience was with Tracy. We were moving from out of state to Florida and had no real idea where to begin looking. We ultimately decided on Cape Coral because our daughter lives there. This was well out of the way for Tracy and the area that she regularly serves. Tracy happily set up appointments and made the drive when I was in town to show me homes and help me narrow down the options. She quickly learned my likes and dislikes in a home and always helped ease my insecurities. Tracy set us up with a lender, and a title agency, and made sure the process went without a hitch.
